This pioneering work was Vakrangee's major turning point, which changed its face to a software company.

a) Human Capital Management (HCM) : (In Advance Stage of Development)
 
HCM is a complete ERP package for HRD department comprising of Payroll, Establishment, Rulebook, System Administration, Employee Online, Vigilance, Income Tax, GPF accounting and reports . It is an online; window based; exceedingly user-friendly system built on reliable and advanced client-server architecture using Relational Data Base Management System concept.
Establishment, CAO and Vigilance are the three sections that deal with all the activities related to employees, right from joining to retirement. All three sections perform different activities and output of one section is input for other two sections. When one section requires any particular information from other section, it takes a lot of time to pass on the information to other sections. It directly affects the productivity. HCM will integrate all three sections and as a result it will reduce reworking & cost and will also improve quality of work & productivity. The most important feature of HCM is, it's Rule Book, through which user itself can customize the software according to organization specific rules and regulations and update them time to time as and when required.
HCM contains tables for various data about the employees and it can generate several different reports required for HCM department.

b) E-Edministrator : (In Advance Stage of Development)
 
The company is in the developing stage of it's prestigious and much awaited School Management Information System. This software will be a boon for the education industry as it is a complete and comprehensive ERP package for school management. It will automate all the business process of schools. The business process that will be automated includes General administration, Student admission and management, Staff management, Library management, Class management, Finance and accounts, Stores and purchase, Hostel and Infrastructure management. This software is supported by our multilingual technology. The business & technology niche of the software lies in easy accessibility of information through e-communication and voice recognition system.

c) Voters Identity Card Software : (Supported by Bi- lingual Technology)
 
In 1994, Election Commission of India had announced the massive and prestigious project of Voter's Identity Card. Since the cards are to be printed in English as well as in one Regional language hence Vakrangee Softwares has developed the Bi-lingual technology. And in its quest to cater to the needs of ECI, Vakrangee has made this indigenous technology available with the Voter's Identity Card software developed for Identity Card project. VIC Software has opened a new era of digitized photo imaging technology with bi-lingual feature. This association of the two technologies in VIC has established the company an emerging software institution. 
Vakrangee Softwares has been awarded the work of preparation of the Voters Identity Cards by the following Government authorities.

(i) Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra 
(ii) Chief Electoral Officer, Gujarat
(iii) Chief Electoral Officer, Rajasthan
(iv) I.T.I. Ltd.

This Unit has been awarded various certificates for excellence in its working from Govt. authorities.

d) Matdata Suchi : Electoral Roll Management System

Vakrangee Softwares developed another unique software for Computerisation of Electoral Roll for Election Commission of India. This unique software supported by bi-lingual technology provides various specifications for voters in all Indian regional Languages. This software is a beautiful amalgamation of Client Server and Relational Data Base Management System. 
Special Revision of Electoral Roll 

In 1999, Election Commission of India had announced a unique program of Integration of Electoral Roll. The work was divided in four stages: 
1) Bringing of the present computerized electoral data to a common platform so that the data becomes universally acceptable and accessible by a common software.
2) To technically purify the common platform data according to the ECI guidelines.
3) Merging of the latest supplementary data with the old roll data.


To reorder the electors in appropriate groups to keep the electors of the same family, locality together.

Vakrangee Softwares in association with C-DAC is one of the largest solution providers to Election Commission of India. Vakrangee was assigned this project in the Maharashtra state in association with C-DAC. Other states are likely to come up with such a project shortly, because the ultimate aim of the Election Commission of India is to bring the whole India's electoral data to a common platform so that through a common client-server suite the details of any voter can be seen from anywhere in the country.

e) Voter's Data Entry Package with Online Transliteration Technology :
This software is a logical and technical outcome of the Election Commission of India's guidelines on computerization of Voter list. This software is a conglomeration of ISCII (Indian Standard Code for Information Interchange) technology and Relational Data Base Management System concepts. This software is capable of handling and manipulating huge voluminous data quickly and effortlessly. To ease the operator the software is bundled with various type of keyboards along with inscript keyboard layout.

f) Cyber Saver :
A unique Internet application software. This is based on a unique Internet time saving and information gathering technique. One can remain on the net while he has disconnected his internet connection.
