STEP 1

Online application- Interested applicants can register at http://apply.vakrangeekendra.in
The process is hassle-free, and it takes around 15 minutes to fill the online application form.
Online payment - Applicants to make payment from their own bank account.
Kindly note that cash is not accepted, and it is strictly advised not to hand it over to any company representative.

STEP 2

1. Selection of a proper shop location is a key step in establishing a successful Vakrangee Kendra.
2. The shop size is expected to be as per recommended dimensions based on the model selected.
3. Document required towards shop proof-
   1. Proof of direct ownership
   2. Lease agreement or power of Attorney
         1. Registered in case you wish to apply via our UBI Mudra loan proposition.

Franchisee Due Diligence:

Credit score – CIBIL verification
Basic Referral Check
Basic KYC and Aptitude Check
Police Verification (Franchisee and Bank Operator)
PAN Card
GST Registration
MSME registration

Note: There are other mandatory verifications to be completed following these requirements.

STEP 4

Agreement Signing and Onboarding Mail

Post the successful completion of location selection and franchisee due diligence process, we shall share the detailed commission structure for all services and offer the agreement.
Agreement Signing - If you accept our offer, the agreement is signed – and it is official. You are closer to opening the doors to your very own Nextgen Vakrangee Kendra.

Note: There are other mandatory verifications to be completed following these requirements.

STEP 5

Welcome to the Vakrangee Family!

Post signing the agreement, the franchisee shall receive the onboarding mail along with the detailed design manual, which shall provide all the details related to interior design and branding of your own Nextgen Vakrangee Kendra outlet.

STEP 6

Civil, Interiors and Branding (As per specifications)

Detailed design manual is shared with the franchisee, which includes the store layout, drawings and material details for the store interiors and civil work.
Franchisee can seek help and guidance from our Kendra Design and Branding (KDB) team to complete the store’s interior and branding, ideally within 30 to 45 days.
Strict adherence to design manual is required. The interior and branding of the store have to be followed as per the design manual guidelines.

STEP 7

Civil, Interiors and Branding (As per specifications)

Store inspection and approval – Post completion of the store interiors and branding, the store would be subject to inspection and approval process.
Our field level team shall visit the store and inspect the store with respect to adherence of design guidelines.
Franchisee shall also click and upload all the required pictures through our mobile app, which will be approved by the respective field manager and relationship manager.

STEP 8

Delivery of Equipment and Training

Delivery of equipment - Once your store is ready, verified and approved, we shall get the equipment delivered to you.
Ideally the delivery of equipment would take 3 to 6 weeks post successful approval of the store.
Franchisee can quickly set up the equipment and start their business.
Service activation shall be adhered to as per the provided timelines and vertical wise training shall be provided, on on-going basis to the respective franchisee and their operators, through our field level team.
Training material would also be made available through our proprietary technology platform VKMS portal.
Our team shall provide continuous on-going support and marketing material (artwork) required for the

Minimum carpet area
Gold Kendra - 300 sq.ft
Silver Kendra - 150 sq.ft
Bronze Kendra - 65 sq.ft

Internet connectivity
with minimum 2 mbps speed

Regular power
connection with sufficient power backup

Outlet to be exclusive
for Vakrangee services

Innternet Connectivity

BSNL/MTNL/ other players, wired broadband connection
Data card dongle
Internet through local cable TV operator

Or Purchase VSAT from our empanelled supplier with additional monthly operational cost.
